Pr. Phobe Self-Cleaning Roof & facade is a product that protects against humidity. It prevents porosity from increasing and delays the development moss and lichens while leletting the surface breathe.
Our product penetrates porous materials in depth and limits the damage due to moisture, freeze-thaw cycles, to the formation of moss, lichens, fungi…
Our water-repellent agent with beading effect allows to permanently protect porous terracotta tile roofs and façade porous materials owhile letting them breathe. The product can be applied on healthy and porous materials that will be protected for several years.
Pr. Phobe Self-Cleaning Roof & facade is applied outdoor on porous terracotta roof tiles and porous façade materials (façade coatings, cement coatings, etc.). The materials must be in good condition and porous.
